On a newsgroup I can post a reply & it is fine.
But if i post a New post it doesn't appear.
Is there a setting i am missing ?

This post showed up. Is it just one news server, or one MS newsgroup?

In the problem group, View | Current View. Check: Show all messages & Group
messages by conversation.

It's a different group.
Those are the settings i have.
It always worked until yesterday.

Is it a different MS group? Or an entirely different news server? Your
account settings should be OK if you can reply. It may just be a temporary
hiccup with the server. (Very common).

Just figured out the messages with attachments are the ones that dont show
up.
I tried HTML & plain text.

I think some ISP News Servers delete attachments or even remove messages
with attachments completely.

If your messages with attachments are to a Microsoft News Group you can try
using their servers, they seem to accept attachments as long as they are
less then 100 kb in size.

You might try setting up a new account in Outlook Express using one of their
servers, msnews.microsoft.com or news.microsoft.com.

This is strange
 

Posts to MS newsgroups are regulated by total message size (including
attachments). IIRC the max is 100 or perhaps 150KB.

Attachments add a markup of roughly 35%; therefore a 1 KB post or email with
a, e.g., 140KB attachment ends up being a 190KB message.

Go to Tools | Options | Read and uncheck the option to download xxx headers
at a time.
