Unwanted EMAILS
 

How can you delete an EMAIL that you do not want to open. Once you select it
opens immediately. I am getting EMAILS from unknowns and do not want to
open.

turn off the option to auto open
or
turn off the pre view pane before clicking on themail.

Hi Ann,

Are you using the "PREVIEW PANE" option? If so, uncheck it:

OE | VIEW | LAYOUT | PREVIEW PANE | uncheck "Show Preview pane".

Now when you select the E-Mail, it will not immediately open. You can go
ahead and delete it.
