Hi Everybody,
Just installed new hard drive & setup XPSP2,
downloaded 50 odd updates and one fails to install namely subject.
anyone any clues to solve the problem.

See if it will download from this site and make sure your anti-virus is
turned off and other programs, IE, OE etc., are closed.

Hi everybody,
Many many thanks to Bruce Hagen.. You resolved my Niggly problem, I did as
you suggested and downloaded from that site your posted , turned off
firewall & anti-virus then rebooted system.
