Unable to hit a FTP site...

I hope someone can help. We have a vendor who would like us to download
file(s) from their FTP site. The problem is that at the office we can't
access the site. I can access their FTP site from my home computer. At the
office we receive a FTP Folder Error: "Windows cannot access this folder.
Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to
access the folder." Any clues.

That's likely because your Work Firewall is blocking FTP. You'll have
to talk to your system administrator to see if they want to allow FTP.
