I cannot receive my emails even though I have deleted everything previously
in my Inbox, my Deleated and Norton Spam Folders. I even tried turning Norton Security and Anti-Spam off to no avail. I can send but not receive. I am a Granny and not really computer literate so need step by step instructions please. Can anyone help? Thanks a bunch. |

That may happen when your Inbox is too large and cannot be opened by Outlook
Express. Try doing a file search for "Inbox.dbx" and rename it to "OldInbox.dbx" with Outlook Express closed (Note: if using Windows 2000 or XP, DBX files are marked hidden by the system, so you will need to click the Advanced button in Search to include the "Search for hidden files" option). Then reopen Outlook Express and see if you can receive mail.
