RIGHT CLICKING PROBLEM
I have a DELL 5150 using WINDOWS XP (SP2 EDITION) and for the first time
find that the right-click menu in Outlook Express is not working when I try to move folders, etc. all the other actions on the menu work except MOVE TO FOLDER and COPY TO FOLDER. Can anyone enlighten me as to why this has happened and how to overcome the problem? Derek -- nicolate |
RIGHT CLICKING PROBLEM
Have you restarted your computer since this began happening? Do it again
anyway. If that doesn't help, You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it. How to Create and Use Identities in Outlook Express http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=209169 I'm sure you want to fix this, but you can also drag messages to folders. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "nicolate" wrote in message ...
