Help: Emoticon and certain images/pictures are not appearing
 

I have tried the following: IE Internet option then I clicked on the
advance tab then made sure of the following that the "show image down
placement" box was unchecked, the option, called "Show pictures" that
should be checked" However, certain (all) emoticon are not appearing as
well pictures ..please help

Try clearing your Temporary Internet Files in IE. Also check under Tools |
Options | Read and make sure that externally linked images are not blocked.

If you still have problems, then check your registry associations for the
image file types. See www.oehelp.com/noimg.aspx

Assuming that you're asking about OE6, go to Tools | Options | Security. Is
the box for external content checked?
