I just saw the notice that OE 7 is available for download.

Is it an incremental upgrade, or does it change the whole "look" of Outlook
Express?

I'm too lazy anymore to re-learn Outlook Express if it is a major change---

You probably saw a download for IE7. Due to all the problems people are
having with it, it would be wise not to download it.

That's IE 7 not OE 7. OE is basically dead until the next OS version, which
its renamed to Windows Mail and is enhanced and improved, although the
interface is much the same.
