I always get a Script Error when I try to print a message.

Try this (IE/OE closed).
Start - Run - Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) in the box - Ok.

There are quite a few script errors. I'll use my Crystal Ball© and take a
guess it's this one.

Internet Explorer Script Error.

Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: roes//C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Fix:

Go to Start | Run and type, (or copy/paste):

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Press Enter.
