Lost Outlook Express
 

Somewhere, somehow, I have lost the ability to use Outlook Express. When I
clik
on the email icon, it just 'pings', and goes nowhere.
I have followed several instructions to uninstall IE6 and reinstall, but my
softwear was OEM loaded.
Is there a way to completley uninstall and reinstall IE6 without the XP
discs, and without having to do a complete Windows reinstall.

Which e-mail Icon are you clicking on?

Trying making a shortcut with this as the target
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe"
and see if that works.
