... filetype and size jpg image format 1.35 MegaByte do you need smaller words It's a valid question. The original poster said: : Trying to forward an email with attachment (jpg.1.35mb) this is the error I : receive from MAILER-DAEMON: Remote host said: 550-X-Mime-Error.Serious MIME : defect detected. If the file is actually named jpg.1.35mb, it will likely trigger antispam/antivirus tools because it appears to have a double extension *and* it looks like an attachment with an unknown file type (.35mb) designed to *look like* a jpg. -- Tom Koch, former MVP for IE/Outlook Express 1997-2005 http://www.insideoe.com Awareness is free. |

That was the exact reason that I asked.
The original poster could have said, with attachment (jpg 1.35mb) or with jpg attachment (1.35mb). -- Ronald Sommer "Tom Koch" wrote in message ... : "AlmostBob" wrote in message : ... : filetype and size : : jpg image format : : 1.35 MegaByte : : do you need smaller words : : It's a valid question. Check in OE at Tools, Accounts, Mail, Properties, Advanced. If the
Break Apart option is checked, uncheck it. If you have an anti-virus program scanning outgoing mail, disable that option. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "Didi" wrote in message ...
