since some days now (most probably) I'm not receiving any mail on one adress, althoug I do receive mail for my in-box for an other (also mine) adress? How to solve this problem? thank you for answering this question. Mireille van Bree |
Not receiving any mail
Given the amount of detail you provided, no one has a clue.
At minimum, we need to know what version of Windows you have, what e-mail program you have and what version of that program, who is the ISP for your non-working mailbox, whether you see any error messages and the exact text of the error messages. --- Ted Zieglar "Backup is a computer user's best friend." mvanbree wrote: Dear sir, since some days now (most probably) I'm not receiving any mail on one adress, althoug I do receive mail for my in-box for an other (also mine) adress? Not receiving any mail
Send a message to this other address to be sure there's something to
receive. Is it a POP3, IMAP or HTTP account? If you click the down arrow next to the Send/Receive icon and just choose the problem account what happens? In the account's properties is the box to include the account checked? -- Frank Saunders, MS-MVP OE/WM http://www.fjsmjs.com "mvanbree" wrote in message ...
