In addition to Mac's replies
2) To be able to print just the columns displayed, you can use the following program SysExporter Outlook Express Tree Lists and Message Lists (NT/2000/XP) http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/sysexp.html. With that you can copy/paste the info into Notepad or another word processor. Alternately, you can export the address book to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) Text file.
