HOW CAN I FIND MY OUTLOOK EXPRESS?

I have been using MSN since 2000 and never used OUTLOOK EXPRESS even so, I am
supposed to have it with my WINDOW MILL! I tried a few times but had no
success. Can anyone tell me how to be able to use OUTLOOK?

Never heard of Window Mill. Is that a brand of computer?

Outlook Express and Outlook are two different programs.

your ISP should have instructions on their web site on setting up Outlook Express.

Use caution:
Outlook and Outlook Express are two different programs.
When your wrote "WINDOWS MILL" did you mean Windows Millennium (Windows ME)?
Outlook Express is written as "msimn.exe" which is why you may have problems finding.
If you want to start using OE, you will need some settings from your Internet Service Provider.
You may even find setup instruction of their web page, but call them for help.
