Microsoft Outlook email - cannot send web based mail since loading Internet Exporer 7

cannot send web based mail since loading Internet Exporer 7

I work from home and log into a site and collect and send my emails via
Outlook express. Since loading Internet Exporer 7 everytime I compose an
email the message pops up that it has found a critical error and has to shut
down and I lose what I have written.
Any ideas how I can fix this problem...I am thinking of uninstalling
Internet Exporer 7 -

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).
