Default Can't Print Heading

I'm recently having a problem printing a sent message which includes the
heading (From:, To:, Sent:, and Subject. I believe this happened after a
recent upgrade to IE 7, but can't be sure. Can anyone advise where I can
change the settings?

Until/unless they provide a fix, switch to Plain Text first.

For help with IE7, Please post to the Internet Explorer General Newsgroup.
