outlook express 6.
i don't know what i've done but outlook express 6. does not have many
subfolders enabled such as the "log off identity" option - they are grey and unavailble to use. what am i doing wrong? |

Your post is not very clear, as Log Off Identity is an option in File and
not a subfolder. I would suspect though that you may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it.
