Email Notification
I have 'email notification' set to 'yes' whenever I receive mail. The
notification also is triggered whenever blocked or unwanted email is sent directly to the 'deleted items' box. How can I get this notification to not apply to unwanted emails? Also, why does 'blocked' emails still come to my 'deleted items' box? |
Email Notification
When you get a new message, you will get the notification regardless of what
folder it is sent to, including Deleted Items. If you use Blocked Senders, or Message Rules with the action of Delete It, this sends mail to deleted Items. If you use a message rule with the action of Delete it from server, then you never get the mail.
