Printing Problem

I have experienced both the missing headers and shrunken type but now I am
experiencing a new problem in that I cannot print my incoming emails in the
normal manner.

Each time I try to print I get the following error message:

An error has occurred ing the script on this page
line: 2020
Char:1
Error: unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes or No

When I click on either button nothing happens

I then save the email in another file as a text file and I can then print.

Has anyone any suggestions? I have checked everywhere on the computer that
I can think of and reinstalled the printer.

See if this helps.

Go to Start | Run and type, (or copy/paste):

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Press Enter.
