Importing DBX
I tried importing into OE after copying the DBX from the CD to my hard
drive and made sure the 'read only' atrribute is not selected but I get this error message: NO MESSAGES CAN BE FOUND IN THIS FOLDER OR ANOTHER APPLICATION IS RUNNING THAT HAS THE REQUIRED FILES OPEN. PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER FOLDER OR TRY CLOSING APPLICATIONS THAT MAY HAVE FILES OPEN. |
Importing DBX
Did you copy the entire message store folder, or selected dbx files? If
Folders.dbx was not included, the import process will not work. If that is the case, see the last paragraph under Outlook Express and the link within to restore individual dbx files: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "bsbm525" wrote in message ...
