Well not all, but I have about 25 messages from different people in my inbox
that I would like to send a reply to all of them, same message.. and I don't want to put them in my address book... I don't see how to select multiple and reply with one message.. ? |

Can they be sent separately? One way would be to open a new message window
and create the message you want. File | Save As and save it as a .txt file wherever is convenient. Click on the first message header and Reply. Then: Insert | Text From File and double click on the message you saved to insert it into the message body. Repeat for each message. I presume this is not spam that you want to reply to? They will never get it if it is. -- Bruce Hagen MS-MVP Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "dwolf" wrote in message ... Hi dwolf,
Bruce gave a reasonable solution for an issue which doesn't have an automatic answer. If you plan to repeat the mailing it would be possible to build a list in Notepad or create a mailto: shortcut using all the addresses (more advanced). From an opened message right-click on the From name and choose Copy. Right-click Paste in Notepad. This will give the Display Name and address (in angle brackets): John Doe johnd(at)myisp.com Repeat this for each address to be used. Copy and paste the addresses to form one line with each entry separated by a comma or semi-colon. The angle brackets can be kept if this makes it easier to select an address. When ready copy the addresses (grouped together) to the To: or Bcc: line of a new message. The Bcc: line will maintain privacy for the recipients of the group message. Use your own address for the To: line. An address book entry can be created for the purpose of the group message with an appropriate display name. -- Tim K. aka Kuay Tim MS-MVP - Outlook Express Lynnwood, WA * "dwolf" wrote in message ... Thanks... I will probably just copy and paste my message and send each one
separately, won't take long.. "Bruce Hagen" wrote in message ... Can they be sent separately? One way would be to open a new message window and create the message you want.
