- After making any changes to the Message Rules or Blocked Sender list,
you must use the OK button to close the main dialog that shows the list of message rules or blocked senders. If you use the Cancel button or the X to close that dialog, the changes you just made are thrown away. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "westerncarribean" wrote in message ... Sorry for intrusion. How in the world can I start a new post? I click on
"New post" or something, then "Question" and nothing happens. Thank you. Adela -- The animals of the world exist for their own reasons. Do you see the yellow warning near the top that Pop-ups have been blocked?
That will cause what you are seeing. OTOH, you will have a much better experience using E as your newsreader. Your choice. wThank you Bruce so very much! And again so sorry to do this, but I did get
rid of the yello warning near the top, came back to try, and still won't take me to where I can post my bried message! It does take me to the replies for some reason! Also, about "OTOH, you will have a much better experience using E as your newsreader." what do OTOH and E mean? Thanks ever SO much again! OTOH = On The Other Hand, and the E should have been OE for Outlook Express.
Set up an account using Outlook Express to use the MS newsgroups. You will find it much easier to use, and keep track of your posts. Thank you Bruce and Frank. I was hoping someone could help my posting HERE
rather than in my OE as I don't want to put more stuff in it, but, since apparently there's no way for me to post HERE, Ill have to put the newsgroup in my OE.... If one of you or others can still help with my posting here, I'll appreciate it a lot! Thanks again. Adela -- The animals of the world exist for their own reasons.
