Identity Crisis

I am the main identify in Outlook Express and my girlfriend has been added
as a second identity. Of course, when she opens OE she must then switch
identities. Is there any way to open up HER identity directly, perhaps
through a desktop icon?
TIA

Maybe this:

But having separate /Windows/ logon identities may be an option to consider.
