Going out of town need help Thanks !

I am going out of town without access to my computer. However my cell phone
supports G Mail very well. I would like to have all of my emails forwarded
to G Mail account. I created a message rule that doesn't forward all of my
emails unless I read them first on my Outlook account.

Is there a way to accomplish what I want? I need to be able to read the
messages that come into outlook on G mail before i read them on outlook.
Hope I am clear, slightly learning disabled but have been helped several
times by the great people here. Thanks again. Dorothy

Explain, please. Do you mean the rule won't forward messages unless you've
downloaded them into OE? If so, WYSIWYG.

CORRECT wont forward the message until I read it first, which doesn't help
me. Are there any alternative rules, or ways of getting immediate forwarding
? Thanks again

Not using OE, no, but why bother with OE (which is a Mail /Client/, not a
Mail Server)? Depending on how you access the Gmail account on your
cellphone and your settings at Gmail Mail Settings Forwarding and POP,
you should be able to access your messages on the cellphone and any messages
still on the Gmail server should then download into OE when you get home.

I think this is where my crutch/learning disability clicks in. My primary
email address is , which I access thru Outlook Express.

I want those messages to automatically be forwarded to G Mail while I'm out
of town.

Will your latest advice allow that to happen, it doesn't make sense, it
appears that that allows me to forward my G Mail to another address which
isn't what I want.

I want my
that I access thru Outlook Express to be
forwarded to my G Mail acct which i can access thru Sprint Power Vision.
TCONL/account is very awkward/slow when I try it with Power Vision whereas G
Mail coms up immediately. Less steps to access it and use it to view and
respond.

Thanks again

Sorry for my being slightly dense. Your help is appreciated.

It is my understanding that before it can be forwarded to another account it
needs to be downloaded from your email provider's server (tconl??) then it is
forwarded

I have tried to do what you are doing with no success. I am not sure if
there is a way for your Google Mail Account to go get it???

Sorry I can't be of more help. Someone correct me if I'm all or partially
wrong.

(This may be a stoopid question but can't you access the tconl.com account
on your cellphone?)

If your tconl.com account has an automatic forwarding option, sure (check
with them).

If it doesn't, OE can do it* but you'll have to leave your machine running,
connected to the internet, with OE open & configured to poll the account on
a schedule. Keep in mind that you'd be forwarding all Spam, too.

*the precondition for forwarding is that OE must download the message, not
that you must read it
