The views bar keeps disappearing from my Screen....Any suggestions?

Does it become unchecked in View | Layout?

Do you have any of the following programs?

Ad-Aware's Ad-Watch
Spybot Tea Timer
SpywareBlaster
SpySweeper
Norton
AntiVirus
McAfee VirusScan and/or Antispyware
Zone Alarm (Free or Professional)

Any of these can program's options/settings may be responsible for not
allowing the changes you make to OE to stick.
