attachment file in OE6
 
hi all,

i'm using winxp and outlook express. my desktop has some shortcut files
connected to network shared folder. When i compose a mail and insert file
attachment, i can't browse any files inside network shared folder but
instead, the shortcut file, e.g. filename.ink, was inserted as attachment. i
can browse files if use ms outlook.
could anyone help please? thanks

That's a problem with folder shortcuts and the Insert function. It
won't follow shortcuts.

As a workaround, use drag-and-drop instead. Use the Windows File
Explorer to locate the desired files and drag them into the message
composition window.
