Both of you sent me instructions on a problem eml attachments not
opening correctly.
I looked where Frank said to check and the "Always use default encoding" had
no checkmark on it, so I left that alone.
I printed out the OLEXP article Michael sent and after following that
step-by-step, it appears everything is fine now and she is able to view eml
attachments.
Thank both of you very much. You help and time is greatly appreciated.
