Default E-Mail msg's won't send (outbound)

All of a sudden I got this error msg when trying
to send e-mails out. Everything was working fine
earlier today. Did I get virus or ?

The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients
was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail
address was
'. Subject 'Info on Sales and
Cabernet Line',
Account: 'Design Solutions', Server:
'smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1

.... Relaying denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550,
Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Thanks !

That means that you aren't an authorized sender for the
'smtp-server.tampabay.rr.com'.

Are you connected to the Internet via 'rr.com'?

If you are using a different ISP, you need to change to use their SMTP
mail server. If you are using rr.com, then you may need to SMTP
Authentication. In OE this is specified in Tools, Accounts, Mail,
Properties, Servers, Outgoing Mail Server, My Server Requires
Authentication.

Check with your ISP.

Isn't that part of Florida in transition _from_
TWC _to_ Comcast?

http://www.timewarnercable.com/swfla/

Maybe you should be changing your email address
and account servers over to
Comcast?

I could be wrong, but check that link.

~Sweet, blowing wind,

FYI for the above suggestion:
I checked with Bright House and we Bright
House/Road Runner subscribers
are not effected by this transition.
Unfortunately they didn't have any
suggestion except to use Web Mail. Never have had
this problem in the
4 years I've been using them. So on to other
sources for help.
