I'm using Windows XP SP2, and recently the embedded pictures in
Outlook Express 6 are failing to display. I get the boundary of the picture and an internal square with a red cross in it. I'm assuming something that I've done recently has stopped this working. Any suggestions welcome. |

No, That's not checked. No problem there. I'm sure it's a registry setting
that I've changed/deleted by mistake... "Raoul" wrote in message k.net... Click on Tools/Options/Security and make sure that Download Images is unchecked. HTH "Oldster" wrote in message ... There are a few possibilities. Some are on the sender's end, and some may be
on your end. It seems to be OK now. The cure appears to have been "regsvr32 /i
mshtml.dll" I'm not certain, but after trying a couple of things from your list, and then closing IE and OE, the next load saw the problem gone! Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bruce Hagen" Newsgroups: microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlooke xpress Sent: Thursday, February 22, 2007 3:30 PM Subject: Embedded pictures in OE "Bruce Hagen" wrote in message ...
