I do not know the mail server that my ISP given.

Who is your ISP? Have you asked them? Or do things work different in
Malaysia? This was posted using Hotmail, BTW.

well we need to know your isp to tell you the actual answer. To discover it
yourself go to your isp's homepage and troubleshoot - they should have a
page or 2 relating to the setup of Outlook or Outlook Express (most of the
time is 'inmail.ispname.com' for incoming mail and 'outmail.ispname.com' for
sending.
