well we need to know your isp to tell you the actual answer. To discover it
yourself go to your isp's homepage and troubleshoot - they should have a page or 2 relating to the setup of Outlook or Outlook Express (most of the time is 'inmail.ispname.com' for incoming mail and 'outmail.ispname.com' for sending.
