Outlook Express - Can't send email
I'm having a problem sending out email. I can receive it fine. Anything that
goes to my outbox just hangs up until it times out with a SMTP server didn't respond in the allotted time message. I checked with my provider and they say since I can make it work from their website it has to be on my computer. They suggested I unload and reload Internet Explorer. I did that and it worked for about 2 weeks. Since it's stopped again I've tried to reload to no avail. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
