What are you trying to export?

Start by visiting Windows Updates. You are running a very old and less
secure version of OE. Of all the updates you are missing, no less than four
have a direct effect on OE.

You can only Export Messages to Outlook or Exchange (as the popup
window tells you ("This will export messages from Outlook Express to
Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange"/[OK][Cancel])). For this to
work, you have to have Outlook/Exchange installed on the (same)
computer. You probably don't and the MAPI error message is telling you
that, albeit in a very cryptic way.

I wrote what I wrote based on my own experience (with OE and Outlook),
which is way more limited than Bruce's.

recommending that you crosspost one message to multiple newsgroups.

Your first post was in OE General at 2:40 AM your time. You then waited the
eternity of 10 hours before posting in this newsgroup (a little after 12N
your time).

None of the *volunteers* who answer questions here live in these newsgroups
24/7, and not everyone in the world lives on the East Coast of the USA.
