Hi Joe,

There seems to be a problem with spelling and the right forum (or newsgroup)
for asking the question. This newsgroup is for Outlook Express. Did you mean
"RTHDCPL.EXE"? A Google search for RTHDCPL might point to a useful lead for
more information.
