AFAIK no, you can not. But that wouldn't help much anyway. If all the spam
you get has multiple recipients, that's pretty unusual and that "rule" isn't
going to hold up for long. You really can't do much with IE6's rules to
eliminate spam.
One thing you can do though is set rules to send any mails that do not
have your address in the To or CC fields to a spam bin where you can check
them later to see if any goodmail went into it. That will also catch
anything legit where you appear in the BCC list too, and some other cases,
but it's presumed you'll check fro goodmail periodically anyway.
spammers are so slimy there isn't much else you can do in IE, or any
other mail client, for that matter.

You can't do exactly what you want, but you can create a rule that /may/
help.

Where the To or CC line contains people
Move it to the specified folder & Stop processing more rules
Click on Contains People and add your address
Click Options and check: Does Not Contain
Click on Specified Folder and choose the one you want, (Have already
created).
