Outlook express address book sorting
I have an ongoing problem with outlook express address book. I select sorting the address book by last name and at first everything looks great. Sometime over the next few hours the sorting will revert back to first name. The system is running raid1 and winXP home.

Hi k_woody,
I don't know if this will offer lasting success, but step (2) might help. From the Microsoft KB: To organize names in the Address Book, follow these steps: 1.On the Tools menu, click Address Book. 2.Click the Name column heading one time to change from ascending to descending alphabetical order. 3.Click the Name column heading again to change to the order, "Last name, First name," and in ascending alphabetical order. If you prefer to arrange the names in descending alphabetical order, click the Name column heading again. 4.On the File menu, click Exit to close the Address Book. -- Tim K. aka Kuay Tim MS-MVP - Outlook Express Lynnwood, WA * "k_woody" wrote in message ...
