Have you subscribed to Yahoo Mail Plus (or whatever they're calling it these
days)?

There's no way of knowing from your question. If setting up an account
provided by your ISP look for instructions on their Web site (look for
support or help options).

Can you help me? This email account will not DL. All MS Updates have been
run. Restarted.

Error Number: 0x80004005

Error message when trying to DL with OE 6.x;
XP Home.

Error Message: An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Lsu Edu Msn Adams',
Server: 'http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Redirected', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x80004005
