error code
 
i keep getting an error code where my server has unexpectedly terminated the
connection. possible causes for this include server problems,or a long
period of inactivity. account 'orange.co.uk'. server. 'pop3.orange.co.uk'.
protocol:pop3.port110secure(ssl):no.socket error. 10053. error
number:0x800cc0f
can anybody help resolve this. thanks rick

This is usually caused by scanning e-mail, or an anti-spam program.

Turn off e-mail scanning in your anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer
of protection that eats up CPUs and causes a multitude of problems such as
time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A/V program will
continue to protect you sufficiently. For more, see:
