What happens when you try to send, and receive? Any error messages? With
what you included in your post, it could be dozens of things. We need more

Are you a Microsoft employee? If not, then your e-mail address is not
@microsoft.com.

If you are using MSN, then your e-mail address could be @msn.com.

Check with your mail provider for the correct e-mail address.

subscription kos you're sending the computer back for a refund.
