Compose or Reply in HTML?

Using OE6 SP2, IE7 on XP SP2.

When replying or composing a post in Newsgroups, the default is always HTML.
I want the default to be in Plain Text format. This is annoying as most NG
taboo anything but text posts.

How to I force OE to use Plain Text format as the default Without having to
click on Format every time I post?

TIA,

I forgot to also mention that I already have Send Format set to Plain Text
to,, but that doesn't seem to help.

Tools | Options | Send | News Sending Format. Check the Plain Text radio
button.

Thank You Bruce, but as I re-posted, I already have that button ticked. I
got lucky (Google) and found the answer here, the Accounts Properties has an
override...

Is Plain Text selected for both Mail and News?

OE Tools Send Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent
(uncheck)

Thanks for posting back. I had never noticed that setting in the News
account advanced tab. That setting is not enabled by default.
