Whenever I click on it, I get an hour-glass WAIT logo...The WAIT logo will
stay forever. Cannot highlight different messages or anything. Only recourse is to close Outlook Express and reopen. I've been told that the only way I can get rid of it is to delete ALL e-mails. also suggested was to use the Inbox Repair Tool.aka scanpst.exe I have done a thorough search and it is NOT in my puter. this problem is NOT a virus problem. I have good Norton and virus scans have not affected it. I have windows XP SP2 Can anyone suggest an alternative way to get rid of the e-mail? |

Go to View | Layout and disable the Preview Pane. Then highlight the
message in the message list and do a Shift - Delete and that will remove it. Also disable email scanning. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 steve "sarah" sarahnewland@iinetdot com wrote in message ...
