Passwords and Identities
I once received some great advice in this forum, on this subject - however, I
cannot find the post that gave me the help. [I recently had to re-image my computer, and the tweak that I am searching for did not transfer] I read the related article on this topic: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/...passwords.mspx Despite installing SP2 for Windows XP, and despite checking the box to Require A Password, OE6 WILL open to my Default Identity withOUT a password if I forget to Log Off Identity, and just close down - OR if someone does a hard powerdown on the computer. I recall there being another way to assure OE6 always asks for a password upon opening - maybe involving re-naming a file? Deleting a file? Anyone recall this tweak? TIA JJL |
