Well, how did you get here?

If you are in the newsgroups list to pick which one to go to,
double-click it or simply use the Subscribe button to subscribe to that
group. Then when you exit OE, that group won't get deleted.

If you are asking about private Yahoo or Google groups, you'll have to
contact the owner of that private group to ask them or just follow their
signup procedure.
