That Log-on dialogue box

which keeps requesting 'enter user name and password' and will not allow
e-mails to download in OE.
I have just scanned with a new anti-virus which produced this:-
C:\OEMCUST\TOOLS\WIN32\PSKILL.EXE
Potentially unwanted program PUPName RemAdm-PSKill

also there are 10 items as follows:-
C:\SystemVolumeInformation\_restor.....n RemAdm - PSKill

Could these be relevent, the first relating to OE and all showing the
same reference.

others. When I hit the quarantine button I got this:-
