Print dialogue box coming up prematurely

All of a sudden when I click on the header of a new message in my inbox to
read it, the print dialogue window comes up. What might be causing this?

I'm operating under WIN XP Pro w/SP2.

You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main
Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it.
If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old
identity and delete it.

I now note it is happening with only one particular sender.

I have no idea then. Do you know what e-mail program they are using?

No, and I guess it's not worth pursuing further.

Yes, I suspect the problem is at the sender's end. I'm not going to worry
about it further. Thanks.
