Isn't the OE address book a .wab file?
 

Isn't the OE address book a .wab file? I did a Windows Explore search, and
it did not find it -- what gives, has the file name changed?

Do an Advanced search and include Hidden Files and Folders. Search for:

*.wab

if you cannot find it using Bruce's suggestion.
if you have Outlook installed, OE shares contacts with O.
it would be a PST file then.
