Default Free Backup Utility

For some time, I have used a commercial backup utility for OE from
http://www.genie-soft.com. It is called Outlook Express Backup. It was
worked well, if you follow the directions! The good news is that the
company has now made this software free. It is very useful for moving
data to a new computer. I don't know why it's now free, but I like it!
