two Main Identities
IE 6 on Win XP --
When I go to Switch Identity, I see two Main Identity, besides others. Regardless of which Main Identity I click on to switch to, it is the same result (the same Main Identity). Is there something I can do to eliminate one of the two from showing up, or should I bother? Jack |

Create a new Identity, import your messages, (if everything works) delete
the Main Identities. -- Ron Sommer "Jack" wrote in message ... IE 6 on Win XP -- When I go to Switch Identity, I see two Main Identity, besides others. What is the right way to delete those identities?

If the new identity is working fine, and you have imported all your
messages, then while you are in the new identity, click: File | Identities | Manage Identities. Click on one you want to delete and click remove. Repeat for the others you want to delete. -- Bruce Hagen MS MVP - Outlook Express ~IB-CA~ "Jack" wrote in message ... What is the right way to delete those identities?
