I am curious. Is there a way to block emailings from being downloaded onto
my computer through Outlook Express6? Yes, I am well aware of the
"blocking
sender" feature which in fact does block the email from being seen in the
inbox and is, instead, placed into the "deleted items" folder. But how
about NOT allowing the email to be downloaded AT ALL? Any way to do that?

In addition to configuring local rules, your isp provider's(ATT) web
interface may have an option available within your email account to
filter mail prior to download to Outlook Express.
