Wonder if anyone can provide an explanation.........

Friend received an e-mail that appears, via preview pane, as OK and easily
readable. However when it's prined out, it prints out showing all the HTML
detail i.e BODY bgColor=#ffffffetc. It takes a bit of time to find the
real message in all the HTML data wrapped around it

All other received messages preview OK but these also print OK. It's just
this one message that prints this way.

Any thoughts ??

HTML Code May Be Printed Instead of Web Page or Message

Also try resetting IE as the default browser.
